To clean SaraWare products, simply wipe with a damp cloth.
Cutters on Saraware products will deteriorate if placed in the dishwasher.

Step 1
Roll your perogy filling into little balls about the size of a teaspoon (5ml) or roll your filling like cookie dough 1 inch (2.5cm) in diameter and cut into ½ inch (1.25cm) strips.

Step 2
Roll your dough to about 1/8 of an inch (4mm to 5mm) in thickness. Place little ball of filling on the dough 1½" (4cm) from the edge.

Step 3
Flip the edge of the dough over the filling so that it is completely covered.

Step 4
Place Sara's Perogy or Pastry Maker over the covered filling. Press down to seal, then turn right or left to cut.

Step 5
Repeat steps 2 - 4 until completed. Re-roll the scraps of dough and use again until it's all gone.

Step 6
Freeze the perogies for future use, or cook them now by placing in boiling water and stirring gently. When they boil to the top, pull out. Fry onions in butter and spread on top!
